Single Malt Scottish Whisky from Glenfiddich Distillery
The malts on this page are from the Glenfiddich Distillery, within the Speyside region of Scotland. This distillery is very famous and has an excellent range of Single Malts. It opened in 1887 and is still owned by William Grant & Sons Ltd. It is one of the best-known Scottish distilleries, and the malts are drunk worldwide. The 12-year-old bottle on this page is one of the world's best-selling whiskies, and with its triangular bottle and light and easy-drinking whisky, it is one that all malt lovers have tried. Tomintoul Distillery Tour
Planet Whiskies had a fantastic trip up to the Speyside Whisky region of Scotland in February 2024 to visit Angus Dundee Distillers Tomintoul Distillery within the Cairngorms National Park. Then, after the distillery tour and tasting, which was hosted by Iain Forteath, the master blender of Tomintoul, our press group travelled and stayed the night at the recently bought country home of Tomintoul House in the Aultmore Estate (previously called Aultmore House). Planet Whiskies has made the Tomintoul Distillery, Distillery of the Month for both March/April 2024.
