Glenfiddich 15 Year Old is created using a process unique amongst Scotch whisky distillers - the Glenfiddich Solera System. This 15 year old malt is matured to perfection in three different types of oak cask: sherry, traditional bourbon and new oak. The whisky is then brought together in the large, handcrafted wooden Solera Vat, which is always kept at least half full. This ensures a consistent, finely balanced single malt. The process is completed by a settling period (marrying) in smaller Solera Tuns.

Glenfiddich 18 Year Old

A rare single malt created for the connoisseur, Glenfiddich 18 Year Old is a fine testament to the art of the craftsman. The whisky’s complex character and sublime mellowness come from the long years of maturation in the finest Oloroso sherry casks and traditional bourbon casks. The resulting touch of sweetness from the sherry wood is perfectly balanced by the oakiness drawn from the traditional casks to deliver a single malt Scotch whisky of brilliant character – smooth and full-bodied.

Glenfiddich 21 Year Old

This Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky completed its maturation in casks that previously held aged Caribbean rum.  Glenfiddich Malt Master David Stewart regularly samples whisky from the casks to ensure that the Glenfiddich acquired just the right level of finish.
