On July 26th, 1971, Apollo 15 launched from the Kennedy Space Center. Astronauts David Scott and James Irwin travelled to the Spur crater designated Geology Station 7 using the lunar rover vehicle. Planet Whiskies had a fantastic trip up to the Speyside Whisky region of Scotland in February 2024 to visit Angus Dundee Distillers Tomintoul Distillery within the Cairngorms National Park.
