Seatown Cottage, Elgin
Seatown Cottage is a fisherman’s cottage built around 1850. It has recently been totally refurbished to provide bright and airy accommodation set in a stunning location opposite Lossiemouth’s East Beach.

Burghead Cottage, Elgin
Our Burghead Cottage is a fisherman’s cottage built in 1857. Recently refurbished it provides bright and airy accommodation just a stone’s throw from the site of the old Pictish Fort, the harbour and the stunning sands of Roseisle Beach.
Burghead is ideal, not just for a beach or dolphin spotting holiday, but also for touring the Malt Whisky and Castle trails, as well as longer day trips to places such as the Cairngorms National Park or Inverness.

Tomintoul Distillery Tour
Planet Whiskies had a fantastic trip up to the Speyside Whisky region of Scotland in February 2024 to visit Angus Dundee Distillers Tomintoul Distillery within the Cairngorms National Park. Then, after the distillery tour and tasting, which was hosted by Iain Forteath, the master blender of Tomintoul, our press group travelled and stayed the night at the recently bought country home of Tomintoul House in the Aultmore Estate (previously called Aultmore House).
